This book is great for someone getting into bodybuilding or just wanting to look great. Advanced bodybuilders will probably already know most of the content in here but its still a great book to have. Its got everything you need to know, the diet to get you ripped and about 725 pages of different exercises and how to perform them correctly. I highly recommend this book even if you are an advanced lifter, you will still find something helpful in this book.

This is a very nice encyclopedia as it has so many information that I think I will read it for decades, anyway I find it very interesting and helpful to clean the body from excess thing especially when we are speaking about the food.

There pretty much no photos of exercises more diet then anything else a waste of money.

This book is exactly what you need when you are not a beginning lifter anymore, when adding weight to the bar doesn't come as easily(or very hard) as it once did. Donovan Ekstrom knows his stuff, it shines completely through every sentence written and obviously through his own physique.Buy it!

This is a helpful book on the topic of Bodybuilding.This book is loaded with helpful information, tips and guides that I need to know about how to burn fat, build muscle mass. Donovan Ekstrom is a fantastic author on this topic.I really enjoyed all the parts of the book. Very informative, detailed and well guided.Overall, it was a great and enjoyable read.

One of the best books on strength training I have ever read. Stoppani is not the only person who can teach us all of this, but I do enjoy having this book as a reference, and I trust most of what he says. I have also done his shortcut to shred program, and used it as a base for making my own program as well.

Great book for beginners, good descriptions of muscles groups and exercises to work the muscles. The Nutritional info is dated, e.g. many small meals and limiting protein per meal. But then look at the publication date. Also there is some direct conflict with Aurthur so I go with Jones when conflict arises.
